Network Integrators was founded and incorporated in 2001.

The company principals are Eric Risler and Rob Duxter.

Eric , a focused and innovative technologist with a programming background, began his career with a leading, Toronto based network security company serving the fortune 500 market. Eric gained experience by leading the development of a secure, custom, mobile data tracking and analysis software utilized in the Canadian waste management industry, and working with professionals managing network security for Canada' s largest companies.

With Network Integrators services, Eric has been instrumental in developing a system of delivering enterprise-grade solutions to the Canadian small and medium sized business (SMB) market. Crafting process driven systems to manage all key out-sourced IT needs, and niche specialty services for large businesses including network security audits, vulnerability assessments, and national roll-out programs.

 

Rob, an entrepreneur and honours Bachelor of Commerce alumnus from a top North American business school, has extensive start-up experience beginning in the design and printing industry growing annual sales in excess of $1M before the age of 19. He then entered the IT industry with Hewlett-Packard Australia (H-P). Rob worked closely with H-P, including the responsibility of both channel sales and driving H-P's national education and large format imaging program. He enjoyed being on the guest lecturer circuit serving Australia' s top educational institutions. Importing print consumables from Switzerland , Germany and Singapore , Rob created one of the first Australian web-based e-commerce businesses in 1997. His company led a paradigm shift throughout the graphic and education industries.

Upon returning to Canada and joining Radiant Communications, Rob built the country's largest channel sales program for Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Working closely with all segments of the technology industry, Rob forged partnerships with hundreds of companies, representing thousands of customers. Radiant formed a national DSL network, and went public on the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSX). For the past 15 years Rob has been applying technology to solve business problems. Today Network Integrators has entrenched relationships with dozens of leading Canadian and global technology partners, and a core team of 12 Dedicated NI Technology and Business Managers with over 50 additional contractors delivering exceptional services to hundreds of Canadian businesses nationwide.
